Zapier Integration
Use the EnforcedFlow Zapier app to automatically route incoming tasks, leads, or tickets to the right team member.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before connecting Zapier, you need:
- An EnforcedFlow account
- A configured group with agents and fields
New to EnforcedFlow? Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your first group.
Connect EnforcedFlow to Zapier
Section titled “Connect EnforcedFlow to Zapier”In Zapier, look for the EnforcedFlow App when setting up an action.
- Select Get Next Agent (Advanced Round Robin) as the Event.
- In the configuration step, select your group from the dropdown.
Note: Only multi-select fields will be available in Zapier to provide data. The Day and Time and Weight fields are handled automatically.
Testing the Integration
Section titled “Testing the Integration”If you set the skills to “tech” and test the step, you will see the routing in action. You can then use the agent information from the output.
