Configure Fields
Fields determine how tasks are routed to agents. EnforcedFlow supports three field types for different routing scenarios.
Field Types Overview

| Multi-Select | Route based on skills, language, or categories |
| Day and Time | Route based on agent availability |
| Weight | Prioritize or balance workload distribution |
